1W LED driver module

Dear All,
I'm looking for a source of small and preferably cheap boards that will drive a 1W (i.e. approx 3.3V, 350mA, constant current) white LED from a 3V input (i.e. 1 lithium or 2 alkaline cells). This sort of thing must be in, for example, almost all white LED bikelights.
For example, there's this evaluation board for the Sipex (aka Exar) SP6648 chip:
http://www.exar.com/Files/Documents/Sp6648_EBM_041503.pdf
I'd like something like that, but with just the active components, not the huge logo and big connectors that take up two-thirds of the area. Small size is the important thing (including thinness).
Has anyone seen anything like this? Searching for "LED driver board" mainly finds things with mains-voltage input.
Cheers,
Phil.
