Seems like the motherboard, what is it ? I mean is it a P3, Athlon or what ?
You might be better off replacing it, and possibly upgrade at the same time.

Be aware though, if you now have a P3 or regular Athlon, upgrading to an XP or
a P4 really needs about a 400 watt PS, so check the chieftec to see if it's up
to it.

The only other thing is that voltage that's 1.9 when it doesn't work and 2.5
when it does. That radeon, is it 4X, 8X or AGP pro ? My guess is 8X, now the MB
sets the voltage usually without jumpers, so it may be detecting it wrong. You
might be able to go into BIOS and force it to use the voltage and setting for
the Radeon. Might work, might not, but it should be worth a shot.

BTW, about your "poor english", if you go to an inner city convenience store in
this country speaking perfect english, some people won't understand what you're
saying !, I sure can't understand a good percentage of them !

Anyway, you should also go to the ATI website and see if there is a
compatability issue with your MB, and or if there is a fix. This type of fix
would probably be a BIOS upgrade for either the MB or the Radeon, in either
case if you do it follow their instructions TO THE LETTER. Make sure you know
what you're doing and I recommend you use a UPS (uninteruptible power supply)
during the process or you might be left with junk.
