Can you troubleshoot and repair the tv set?
The power supply is not a replaceable part. Everything is on one main board
and it is designed to be repaired to the component level by a trained
technician.

Since the light comes on, it clearly indicates that at least most of the
power supply system is working, as is the system control. More likely some
run supply or deflection has the problem.

Time to take the set into someone qualified to look at it.
