Need a Schematic for an Alps MD 1000 printer

A conversation via e-mail with Alps a while ago only produced the suggestion
that I call their 800-number to be told how to test the printer and to
return it for "service" if that didn't "resolve the issue". I'm a engineer
who's done a bunch of debugging of digital circuits and that kind of
"service" wasn't helpful. Are there any on-line resources for the
schemtatics I'd need?
