Pinout for pro video VCR camera connector JVC CR-4900U U-matic

I can't seem to find any source of the pinout for the camera connector for
the portable U-matic recorders.
The FAQ has several other types, and U-matic sites have a couple of
different connectors (SCART and multi-connector), but not the Cannon/JAE
14-pin SRCB2A16-14S (female) type round connector.

The cameras were typically 3-tube Saticon types for commercial and broadcast
applications.
The round connector has pins arranged in rows of 2, 3, 4, 3, 2.

Any info greatly appreciated
