Anyone familiar with chassis P1001-H(Rev3) ? for Superstar TV/radio/alarm

I am repairing this unit (4"small crt) which I haven't been able to sort the problem
of thin horizontal lines with an elongated image.
Caps have been replaced in the whole chassis including a couple of
resistors that had changed specs and 2 suspect diodes. ( Before
replacing the vertical chip,I think it is best to confirm some more
readings and therefore I am looking for schematics or copy of.
I hope you can help.
