And giving advice to someone who obviously doesn't know the FIRST thing
about TVs or high voltage or electrocution is terribly irresponsible.

The dangers inside a TV should not be underemphasized or ignored.

In addition, it's all too tempting to start adjusting everything that
can be twiddled, turned, pushed, rotated, or moved in any other way,
resulting in a TV that is sicker than it is now.
