Just for a quick test and not wanting to damage
any parts inside my TV `could' I put a
D1554 (NTE equiv: NTE2331)
in for a
D1398 (NTE equiv: NTE2302)
they are NPN Horizontal Deflection Output
transistors with damper diode.
The data *** for both NTE equivalent types
are virtually identical. I just want to pop it in
for a quick check and it won't be left in for the
operation of the TV. I just want to confirm if
the original (D1398) is defective or not.
Opinions please.
