You need to troubleshoot the red convergence output circuit and replace the
failed parts.
Without some experience on what you are looking at inside the set, you are
better off having an experienced tech have a go at it. Usually not a super
expensive repair, typically $250 range for in home repair.
As to thinking that there are boards you can swap around indicates your lack
of knowledge and experience on modern tv sets. If you intend on repairing
it yourself, time to get some service information for the set and a basic
tv/rptv repair book.
