I can't claim a lot of experience with this, but I once took apart a
Mac keyboard and after a lot of cleaning it wouldn't work right. A
tiny touch of Dow-Corning silicone 200 fluid in a few spots did the
trick.
I'm pretty sure that any silicone spray would be equivalent.
