It was made by NEC. They stopped supporting consumer products years ago.
Your best bet would be to find a SAMs, likely listed under the JCP model.
It should not be necessary to get a schematic to fix this. Likely just bad
electrolytics in the vertical circuit, sometimes a bad tantalum cap would
cause this on some of the NEC sets.
