This is a very good meter. To compliment this, an ESR meter would also be of
great value. Infact, you may get better use out of a good ESR meter.
Naturally measuring capacitance can also be very handy as well. As far as
Fluke is concerned, you cannot go wrong with any of their products.

I am interested in buying a handheld capacitor/inductor tester. I'm
looking at a Fluke model VC6243. The specs say it tests caps to
1000uf, and inductors to 20h. Anyone have suggestions or comments
about this meter, or another one I should be looking at. I mostly work
