NEC N-4895 tv

I've been reading the sci.electronics.repair faq, and it looks like
there's no vertical deflection.
I found 2 caps with high esr/leakage. C453/100uF35v and C458/4.7uF50v
and shorted diode D502/RH1S
I need a value for a burnt/open resistor R521.
Is there anything else i should look at? possibly AN5515 ic?
If the ic is faulty can i substitute an AN5521?, i have a
spare one out of an old set.
