I will be going back to Honduras after Christmas. I am helping set up
an electronics training facility and repair depot in a very poor area.
There is a fellow that will be running this facility - he is self
taught and very motivated. He lives in a small lean-to with no running
water and when he can get work it is for $2 a day. His name is Freddie

I have taken analog and digital trainers down and an O-scope and
multimeter. I have also taken soem books on TV and CRT repair.

What would you suggest as a resource to enable someone TV and CRT
repair in Honduras? Could you suggest a place to purchase electronics
and learning materials and references? Think of it like an island -
getting things in and out is difficult and expensive - so Whatever I
can take down with me should be a set up for a fix it shop. Prime the
pump so to speak. I have a limited budget and can take 140 pounds with
me on the plane - and then have a container going in the beginning of
January. Any help that you can give identifying the parts and
reference materials that I should take down - video tapes
etc...anything in Spanish??

Thanks - Jeff
