Just as a rider in todays paper,heavy fines will be imposed on people
who do not have the work checked,also when selling your home if you
havn't declared work done and checked you will be fined for not
informing the new owner.
Also I would presume the insurance companies will be ordering crates
of champagne at the moment,just think" Got a Claim for fire? got the
certificates for recent Electrical work?No! Tough ***,claim rejected.
Needless to say it comes from the EU,the super nanny state.
