Who's to say whether the electrical work is recent? Most people I think
would say the same thing I would, "dunno, it was like that when I bought the
place". Really though, I'd be pleased if people who don't know what they're
doing would not mess with house wiring. I'm not a licensed electrician but
at least I follow code and know what I'm doing.
