Re: SONY 19" TV no color/brightness-contrast controls or menu

there is no door panel anywhere on this tv. nothing happens when I
press menu and the only on screen info is for vol/hue/picture up/down.
how can there be adj for those and not the others? and no menu. very
strange as this set has LESS features than my old Sony 20" from the
late 80s.the brightness looks like it's cranked all the way up. I've
resorted to placing limo black window tint over the screen at night.
assembled in Mexico.
