Coby DVD-224 Progressive scan dvd/cd/mp3 player No power problem Fixed

No power light, ticking noise at transformer. Jumper J2 (cold solder joint), replaced capacitor C11 rated at 10v but was on 12v circuit hmmm(high esr), and capacitor C9 on 5v circuit (high esr). Works :-)
