SONT KV-27S10
this TV originally had no power, the H-output and2 power transistors
had been changed to repair the power, however now the TV turns on,
but the while picture has been shifted up, no retrace.. vert IC
output has been changed, along with steering diode, and pump-up
capactor, still no change
anyone have any ideas ?
