Agreed! Also, if you are going to boost it, try to do so at the shortest
length from the main coning into the residence. However, do not try to put
it in series with your cable modem, it just does not work! The modem
requires direct connect to the outside cable infrustructure to operate in
its bi-lateral modes. Receive and send.
