RCA TV audio hum CTC169BG5

Hello all,
Been working on a CTC169BG5 chassis, the HOT was shorted, cause seems
to have been a high b+. so replaced all the lytics around the regulator
IC and C4402 which was open. Now the Set powers up and picture is fine,
but I hear this constant hum from the speakers, even when there is no
video signal.
All I can think of at the moment is to start tracing the audio output
from the IF stage and troubleshoot. Any other suggestions?
