I haven't got the diagram here but... STR30130 in a 32" CTV?
That is a 1 (1.5?) Amp regulator isn't? Is it part of a switching
power supply? If not then it must be pushing its limits and you
are most likely measuring 160 V because there is no load on the
B+ line. There usually is an ~180 ohm resistor across that old
130 V regulator. Check the resistor that feeds the HOT. The
HOT (maybe open) itself or the flyback. Otherwise, scope the
Hor. drive voltage... that would be a good place to start.
