You want give it up or you want to try a repair ? Probably something in
the vertical deflection short-circuited... and the tv goes in protection
mode. It isn't complicated, you can start opening the tv and seeing where
the two vertical yoke cables end. Then you can see the vertical deflection
circuit... an IC... or more simply open the tv and see what ics are in...
