I'm not sure yet wether I'm going to buy a solenoid or a pressure switch
with one buit in but I didn't think about using a solenoid or know about
pressure switches having them..

Indeed, however I had in mind the pressure switch mechanism actuating the
valve. A very common feature of such when I was involved in servicing that
type of gear.
