Yamaha IC needed (IG 02940)

Hello all,
I need a Yamaha IG 02940 driver IC for a CR-840 (locations IC 701 and 702) It is no longer available from Yamaha. Does anyone know a cross reference to an STK, or have an original that they would like to part with? A good used one from a damaged receiver is OK by me.
