viewsonic p815 monitor keeps randomly resetting

Monitor keeps resetting, with relay clicking sound. Occurs randomly, especially upon powering up. Get degaussing at same time. Sometimes it works okay for an hour, then a random reset. Is there a relay going bad, and can it be replaced, or are there other underlying problems? Changing resolution and refresh rate do not make any difference. The picture is great while using.
