clock generator data*** (IMI SC643)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for the data*** of the SC643 clock generator.
This circuit was made by IMI, a company bought by Cypress in 2001.
This is a programmable PLL for PC motherboard (1998 era).
This data*** is not available from Cypress.

Does anyone have this data***, or knows where to find it on the web
?
(or have some programming informations on it)
