monitor HP P3902S -- dead

I was checking and i found Q405=2sk2161 and D402= 12 volt zener shorted
both. I replaced them, connect to power, it starts for a second, you
can hear the click and the high tension and then turns off. Then i
can't turn it back on. Q405 and D402 are still ok, .
any ideas?
