Site doesn't even give the slightest indication of what this
"technology" really is, undoubtedly for good reason. As it turns out it
looks like these people are touting electrolysis to produce hydrogen to
burn as fuel . . . without doubt at an enormous loss of energy and fuel
efficiency.
Stupid spammer.
Now there is some actual interesting technology regarding hydrogen
