That may sound like a joke but it is true.
About jet fuel taxes: Finland's size is something like Minnesota, too
small area to tax domestic jet fuels and not tax jet fuel in
international flights. In that sense USA is different. We could have
something like that in EU but not yet. Still, zero of four US cents a
gallon is not much compared to our 3.50-4 US dollars a gallon tax for
gasoline.
