Why would Wal Mart sell items that you need a qualified electrician to
install? Home Depot would probably be a better store for that.

There is no reason for Wal Mart to sell PV panels for powering your
house or nuclear power plants.
But guess what, Wal Mart DOES sell PV powered products, in the form of
solar powered path lighting:
(lots more models to choose from)
Does it mean that the path lighting is a net energy gainer, since Wal
Mart sells them? Do they use more efficient panels or ones that take
less energy to manufacture? Maybe the solution to our energy problems
is to buy tons of these babies, strip off the solar panels, and power
our electric grid with them?
Your argument "PV panels are a net energy loser because Wal Mart
doesn't sell them" is silly. Go back to your troll cave.
