The California current is a cold current that flows south along the
west cost of the US. In spots from to time the Cold surface waters
will sink carring with them nutriants and oxygen with them. This
creates areas that are nearly devoid of life. Anyone who has fished
West coast waters knows this.

Only idiots take normal phenomenon that has been occuring for
thousands of years and try to convince others that this time it is
mans fault.
