The errors are so obvious that only an ignoramus can continue to flog this
dead hores over and over again.
The frequencies you claim that can dissociate the H to O bond are all
located in the infrared. As such they are a huge multiple of the AC
frequencies which you claim perform the work. With such a high multiple of
the fundamental how much energy can you claim would be in such a harmonic?
And don't try that stuff about repeated resonance stimulation. That's what
happens when light shines on water and it doesn't cause the bonds to break.
As for your hopeless confusion about a voltage being all that is needed to
impart energy to a process you have further demonstrated your ignorance. In
the field of the large energies of nuclear processes the energies (not
potentials!) are specified frequently in electron volts. You stupidly have
confused an electron volt (a product of charge and potential) that is is
equal to an energy with a volt which is not an energy at all but an energy
per unit charge (joule per coulomb). This means that your nonsense about
only needing a high voltage and not needind much if any current at all to
produce the needed energy is a snare and a delusion you have created for
yourself and which leads you down the path to a pit of total nonsense.
You all here a profound apology for your insulting behavior so based on
abysmal ignorance.
