Here you go again substituting insults for reasoned arguments.

Well yes, its called energy politics. I'm calling for limits on imported oil,
this calls for legislation which is a form of politics. I want to cut the
strings that OPEC holds. If we limit imported oil, the price of oil here will
rise and the profits will go to American Energy companies that drill for oil
here rather than into Arabs pockets.
American Energy companies will invest in new sources of energy so they can sell
more to customers to meet demand. Since the energy industry is compedative here
on our own shores rather that in Arabia where is controlled by the governments
there. If we didn't not import oil, we would have switched to alternate fuels
by now, but because Arab oil is so cheap were still dependent on them and they
can threaten us with price rises, but I guess you like being under their thumb
don't you?

Well if you not a leftist, how come you use terms such as right wing talk show
puppet? I don't care for Arabs or their politics, I don't want their problems
to become my country's problems, that is why I want to cut the strings of their
economic influence over us. I realize there is a price for this, but I'm
willing to pay the price rather than let them drag us into their wars by their
threatening the supply line of oil to us. The Analogy is of the needy man with
a gun pointed to you head, and won't you give generously, because the man with
the gun really deserves your help, and if you don't help him, he'll shoot you.
Now is it racist to think unkind thoughts of the poor needy person who is
threatening you life? I think not.
Yes Arabs are suffering, but am I going help them willingly when they threaten
terrorist attacks against my country or other people if they don't get their
way? No! You see, the Arab people don't know how to ask for something, they
pick up guns, make demands and give orders, and until I stop seeing that on
television, I'm not going to help them. One can be needy without being a
criminal.
