A funny thing I've noticed during the last year or so since the current
election season began. In every message board that diverts to politics,
we've got these mysterious Kerry voters who say they were either former
conservatives, or they voted for Bush, or they were supporters of
Reagan... and yet you never read about someone who will vote for Kerry
who admits he's a liberal or he's lifelong voting Democrat who voted for
Clinton and Gore. Then there are those, in an attempt to appear
"independent", who try to invent tortured explanations how they voted
for Reagan, then voted for Dukakakas, then voted for Bush, then voted
for Dole, then voted for Nads Nader, and now are voting for Kerry! And
based on this schizophrenic history, you're supposed to be impressed
with their credibility as an independent-minded buffoon. These guys are
so ashamed of who they are and what they believe that they think
everyone's such a fool as to not see through their transparent attempt
to fraud other board members about their political persuasion. They get
highly pissed when you criticize "liberals", "leftists", and
"left-wingers", while in turn they employ the already worn out Democrat
talking points... "anyone but Bush." What kind of sorry ass candidate
do you have when you can't even articulate any positive reason to vote
for him, nor come out of the closet and admit you're a flaming liberal.
