Then what's the capacitor for, if it doesn't store energy for a usable
time? I've never heard of a cap that discharges that fast, except the
ones called "braking resistors".
And it was funny, the "mobile refueling station." A hydrogen car has
an unlimited range, so long as a hydrogen refueling truck follows it
around.
