The Saudi are already pumping sulfur-laden oil from what used to be
their spare production capacity.
Western refiners doesn't want this oil, since they can't refine it
while following the laws on pollution.
So this "sour" crude is sold to countries like China or India.
This means that petroleum products sold there has an higher sulfur
content, as well as Residual fuel oil or crude used as fuel for power
plants or industrial boilers.
Acid rains are back.
