Why are you still doing this? Nuclear weapons can be built by anybody
with money and political insulation. Restricting the growth of nuclear
power is not a deterrent. If anything, it makes yellow cake cheaper for
someone that wants to build a weapon.
Please stop putting nuclear power in the same bag as weapons. The atom
is out of the bag. To argue against nuclear power on the premise that it
promotes nuclear weapons proliferation is ludicrous.
