Guess what, all of you were right. SHEC Labs out of Saskatoon Canada
has been scamming investors for the past 14 months. They were selling
their shares at 2.00 and 2.25 and only receiving .75 per share. They
were paying out 62 percent in commissions and they Did not disclose any
of this to shareholders. The company knew they were scamming and did
nothing to stop it. Too bad, because they seemed to be on the right
track. They also did not send any paperwork to their European
investors as far as participating in a private placement nor did they
check the qualifications of each investor to see if they were in a risk
tolerance group to invest in a start up like SHEC.
