Yes,it's true,but you know no more 20-25 % is the real efficiency in a IC car.Electric car can achieve efficiencies higher than 90%...
I don't agree. Physical limits would put this somewhere over 70%. 70% would require the best technology. The best current production number I've ever seen was 50%.
