Never said that. I've said "nuclear high temperature electrolysis",
maybe. Surely, I've never said "coal powered electrolysis".

Steam processing is just one of the diverse sources. There are plenty
of technics for the production of hydrogen. And there are many
evolution in this specific procedure still to be developed. Technology
progress must be considered, anyway.
