Doug, you don't get something for nothing!
-Hydroelectric works becasue you don't pay to raise tons of water to a
given height.
-Solar power works because the sun is free.
-Wind works because of wind.
-Oil is really solar energy, stored as bio mass for millions of years
These are all things that are found and exploited, what have you
found....things sink?
only your very first submergence is free, try pushing a large ball to
the bottom off the pool, it is very hard. It comes up slow also, also
takes losses. You are brilliant, I believe this. It is time to find a
new idea......if any one will find it you will!
