Giffels in partnership with technology developer SHEC Labs will design
and construct a $16 million Solar Hydrogen Production Facility at the
Fleet Street Landfill site in the City of Regina, Saskatchewan. Giffels
will provide overall project management, engineering design support,
and contract administration services. The project will result in the
production of 1.2 million kilograms of clean renewable hydrogen per
year from landfill gas and will prevent more than 1.6 million tonnes of
carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere over the next 20 years
