Because you lack the ability to understand the science or the true
economics behind processes such as Sh**'s. You were sold a bill of
goods and it sounded good to you, so you dumped a lot of money into
it. You come here to spread the word, and people with a real
scientific understanding of the matter call you on it, point out flaws
and weaknesses, and question your beliefs. And you react like a
religious zealot.

Your behavior is quite common in online forums where pseudoscientists
cranks and crackpots pop up.
