Nobody here is "watching an opportunity pass us by". We're watching
you promote a scam nobody with ethics and half a brain would get
involved with. (That is, if it's a scam as you claim it is.)

Marc, this public admission of your willingness to use total lies to
promote this venture for your personal financial gain won't sit well
with the judge.

Considering that you've claimed that you have been an active part in
raising funds for what you now say is a scam, your legal exposure must
be immense. You think Tami's worried? Look in the mirror. If any of
the people you've talked into investing decide they want their money
back, they're going to be coming after you. If Fehr & Beck have
played their cards right, *you* have been doing the lying and *they*
will come off smelling like roses. All the safe harbor boilerplate in
the world isn't going to save your sorry ass.
