SS: The EV1 got 6 miles / kWh ======================== Dont believe it. Need numbers.
just gave you the numbers.
I can give you some url's. this site claims:
The 1997 EV1 goes 110 miles on 18 kWh, the energy equivalent of a half-gallon of gas.
The 1999 EV1 goes 160 miles on 27 kwh, the energy equivalent of less than a gallon.
The 1996-1999 RAV4-EV goes 120 miles on 28 kWh, less than a gallon of gas.
http://www.ev1.org/ei.htm
Does not include the per charge battery amortization. Thus bogus.
