Marc, how do we jump on the SHEC bandwagon when the company has (in
your own words) yet to go public and undergo SEC scruitany. Then too,
only fools buy into unregistered, unaudited operations, whose claims
are not even worth the paper that they are printed on.

Actually Marc, I'm very much looking forward to SHEC's IPO, if in the
unlikely event that they dare to even have one. There prospectus will
likely furnish a laugh a minite! Marc, the ridiculous reality of SHEC
when exposed to public scruitany may likely even shock you! :-)
