In the case of Hydrogen the idea is to get it from H2O using a very high
frequency
and possible without a tank to store it.
The induction coupling of water is basically what microwave oven does. If we
can tune the frequency to bring hydrogen to plasma we have a system.
Basically it works when we can plate the plasma to a substrate as in the
plasmionic deposition in the manufacturing of photovoltaics. But we haven't
figured out how to plate Hydrogen.

Then there is Brown's gas which keeps the oxygen and Hydrogen in a
compressed tank.

As for our Attack Jackals they just can't see the Solar budget seriousness.
We can not burn the planet to heat it _ burning the furniture to heat the
house :) Hydrogen is something that has to be made to work. it is not an
economics exercise it is amoral one.
