The "HHO", of course, screams BOGUS!!!

No matter how much you "reduce the loss", thermodynamic fundamentals involving exergy absolutely and positively guarantee that electrolysis for bulk hydrogen energy apps flat out ain't gonna happen.

Electricity is NEVER cheap enough that you would want to immediately and irreversibly destroy most of its quality and value. There ALWAYS will be more intelligent things to do with it.
