This is the third time this video has been posted in these groups.
I have watched the video, and read the article by Santelli.
I have a Ph.D in chemistry, started out as a physical chemist in quantum
mechanics, then switched to analytical chemistry.
Santelli's theory on the structure of water is simply not true.
It's been criticised by another of his peers as 'pure drivel' in fact.
